| MS 1000 Indexer |
|
The MS 1000 indexer is a direct driven, high precision indexing machine designed to be low cost without sacrificing flexibility. It is ideally suited for low inertia applications that require very high accuracy, low torque and programmability. The MS 1000 is the perfect replacement for small mechanical indexers. It comes standard with a pendant (HMI) control and it can be easily configured right from the keypad. No programming experience is required because there is no programming. Changes are made on the keypad in plain English.
The MS 1000 is available in two sizes (MS 1000A & B), flange, pedestal, or machine base mounted. All models are supplied completely assembled, wired, and tested.

| MS 1500 Indexer |
|
The MS 1500 indexer is a center driven, medium precision indexing machine designed to be very low cost without sacrificing flexibility. It is ideally suited for medium to high inertia applications that do not require high accuracy, but still necessitate high torque and some degree of programmability. It comes preprogrammed from the factory with the customer’s required move profile. New profiles are available from the factory and can easily be downloaded to the controller via a plug-in chipset.
The MS 1500 is available in two sizes (MS 1500A & B), flange or pedestal mount. All models are supplied completely assembled, wired, and tested.

| MS 2000 Indexer |
|
The MS 2000 indexer is the big brother to the MS 1000. Like the MS 1000, the MS 2000 is a center driven, high precision indexing machine designed to be low cost without sacrificing flexibility. It is ideally suited for higher inertia applications that require superior accuracy, high torque and configurability. The MS 2000 is the perfect replacement for mechanical indexers. With higher performance, flexibility, and lower installed cost the MS 2000 eliminates the limitations associated with cam driven indexers. It comes standard with a pendant (HMI) control and it can be easily configured right from the keypad. No programming experience is required because there is no programming. Changes are made on the keypad in plain English.
The MS 2000 is available in eight sizes (MS 2000A thru MS 2000H), flange, pedestal or machine base mounted. All models are supplied completely assembled, wired, and tested.

| MS 3000 Reciprocating Indexer |
|
The MS 3000 reciprocating indexer is a rugged center driven device used when reciprocating motion is required. These units are suited for high load and large inertia applications. Because the MS 3000 utilizes adjustable hard stops at both stations the issues associated with loss of accuracy and wear compensation are eliminated.
The MS 3000 is available in base plate or machine base mount.
All models are supplied completely assembled, wired, and tested.

| MS 3500 Open Center Reciprocating Indexer |
|
The MS 3500 is the open center version of the MS 3000. Like the MS 3000, the MS 3500 is a rugged device used when reciprocating motion is required. These units are suited for high load and large inertia applications. Because the MS 3500 utilizes adjustable hard stops at both stations the issues associated with loss of accuracy and wear compensation are eliminated. In addition the MS 3500 has a large thru hole for a stationary center post or passageway for utilities such as air, water, hydraulics or electrics.
The MS 3500 is available in base plate or machine base mount.
All models are supplied completely assembled, wired, and tested.

| The MS 4000 Indexer |
|
Like the MS 1000 and MS 2000, the MS 4000 indexer is a high precision indexing machine designed to be low cost without sacrificing flexibility. In addition, the MS 4000 has a 2 inch thru hole, and is ideally suited for medium inertia applications that require high accuracy, programmability and a center thru hole for routing of fluids, electricals or both. It comes standard with a pendant (HMI) control and it can be easily configured right from the keypad. No programming experience is required because there is no programming. Changes are made on the keypad in plain English.
The MS 4000 is available in two sizes, base plate or machine base mount.
All models are supplied completely assembled, wired, and tested.
